From roastery to runtime

Self-taught engineer with an operations background. I turn business metrics into clean, scalable architecture — multi-tenant platforms, custom design systems, and AI-native workflows.

2015 – 2019

Structure & Strategy

Civil Engineering foundations (structural load-bearing logic → clean data models) and a B.A. in Business Administration. Ran zero-fault VIP logistics at the 2015 G20 Summit.

2017 – 2021

The Automation Ignition

Climbed specialty coffee from barista to Wholesale Coordinator. Treated roasting as an optimization problem, then built a full CRM/ERP inside monday.com with conditional automation. Realized software logic dissolves operational bottlenecks.

2021 – Now

AI-Native Engineer

Self-guided pivot into JavaScript → modern framework architecture. Adopted an AI-native workflow — LLMs, layered prompting, and local models on M4 Max silicon — to compress learning curves and delivery speed.

High-scale international tourism infrastructure across multiple European jurisdictions.

  • Architected a multi-tenant B2C booking engine live across 6 production country domains — flights, hotels, transfers, and dynamic pricing matrices in one platform.
  • Built environment-driven polymorphism: per-country UI, component styles, and feature flags controlled via .env and CMS toggles.
  • Shipped a custom CMS playground — a drag-and-drop markdown simulator letting non-technical editors inject modular UI via shortcodes like [newsletter].
  • Engineered a bespoke component ecosystem from scratch, reducing UI inconsistency to zero across satellite apps. Leads a team of web devs and UI/UX designers.

  • Migrated legacy PHP hotel sites to Next.js — +40% Core Web Vitals, performance, and organic SEO.
  • Replaced manual zip-to-server deploys with GitHub Actions zero-click CI/CD on prod and staging branches.
  • Owned Linux server setup, subdomain redirects, and automated SSL renewals. Hosted a local Stable Diffusion instance for cost-free asset generation.
  • Piped cache-valid Instagram feeds into client sites via Meta Graph API with no client-side degradation.
