Kafes

What it does

An app for amateur pickup football groups in Turkey, offering match organization, a fixed squad pool, automatic team balancing and FUT-style player cards. The product is being rewritten mobile-first: the SwiftUI iOS app is the main surface, and the Apple Watch app is used to keep score and time on the pitch. The existing Next.js web version is still used by a real group of friends and runs on the same Firebase Auth + Firestore data.
